Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

To ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible, we request that clients schedule their sitting prior to arrival. However, walk-ins are welcome and will be fit in as time allows.

What types of pets are allowed?

While this event is geared toward dogs, we welcome all small and safe pets! This includes cats, reptiles, potbelly pigs, and more. All breeds are welcome, provided they are comfortable in a social setting with Santa.

Can children and families be in the photo?

Yes! The whole family is invited to join the session. There is no extra charge to include humans in your pet's photo with Santa.

Are there requirements for vaccinations?

We recommend all dogs have their basic puppy shots prior to exposure outside the home. Rabies and kennel cough vaccinations are not strictly required for this short photo event.

When will my photos be ready?

If you use your own camera, you’ll have your photos immediately. For professional packages, please allow up to five business days for your edited, high-resolution photos to arrive via email.

Event Policies

Refunds: Due to limited supplies and scheduling, we do not offer refunds once a spot is booked.
Prints: We do not provide physical prints. However, digital files from our professional photographer are high-resolution and perfect for local or online printing.
