Prodogz emphasizes progressing from simple repetitions to more realistic distractions. Dogs first need to understand the behavior; then owners gradually ask for the same response with more distance, duration or distraction so obedience becomes useful outside a quiet training moment.
Handler timing and fading food rewards
Owners are taught how reward timing, repetition and consistency affect learning. Food is useful for teaching new behaviors, but the program also shows handlers how to reduce dependence on visible treats over time so the dog responds to clear communication instead of only working when food is shown first.
