At Prodogz Dog Training, we are committed to providing high-quality instruction and support to every dog and their human. Because our programs require meticulous scheduling, advanced preparation, and reserved spaces, all payments for classes, private sessions, and services are non-refundable once they have been prepaid.
Flexible Deferment
We understand that life happens—emergencies arise and schedules shift. In many cases, prepaid funds may be deferred to a future class or an alternative Prodogz service. If you need to reschedule, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

If you are ever unsatisfied with our services or have concerns regarding our training methods, we want to hear from you. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to ensure a positive, productive experience.
